Pole Sport London Terms & Conditions

New to Pole Sport London? To book your pole dance class and become a member of Pole Sport London, please choose between a drop in class, five classes within five weeks, or 10 classes in a month. Just click on the class you’re interested in on the timetable, select the number of sessions you’d like to book and click the ‘proceed’ button, you can then follow the ‘Book now’ prompts to sign up and pay for your class.

At Pole Sport London, we give you the opportunity to choose from pole dance fitness classes, pole dance lessons, and pole dance courses for those looking to start a new challenge. With two venues in London Bridge, and a growing base of members who love our pole dance classes, there’s never been a better time to join the Pole Sport London family. Whether it’s your first workout and you’re looking for something a bit different to a gym membership, or if you’ve done pole dancing before and fancy a go at our advanced class, our door is open and we are ready to help you achieve your fitness goals.

When Booking Your First Pole Dance Class Please Note the Following

  • To book one of our packages you have to select all five or ten classes first when booking for the system to recognise your package booking and to action your bulk purchase discount. Once you have paid for your package you will be able to sign back in to your classes through your booking email confirmation in order to change your classes. Please note that we have 48 hour cancellation policy, this means you can change your classes as much as you want before the 48 hour window. All classes will need to be used within your five week period if choosing the five week course, or four weeks if selecting the monthly membership. Classes not used out of this time will be non refundable / redeemable.
  • If you are booking a five week or monthly membership, please ensure that you have selected classes between a five or 10 week period, or you may be asked to reschedule classes outside of this period.
  • Ensure you have completed checkout and reached the booking confirmation page before contacting us.
  • To book your private party or hen party please book usingPaypal payment. Once you have made your payment email us with the date, telephone number and number of people attending.

In signing up to Pole Sport London you agree to our terms and conditions.

Once you have made your booking payment is non refundable. In order to maintain our small class numbers we have to hold a strict cancelation policy of 48 hours notice. We will endeavour to offer you catch up classes for any course classes missed where 48 hours notice has been given but we cannot guarantee this, we can only offer catch up lessons for up to 8 weeks from your first course class, and only where there is another class to transfer you to.

If your class is at the Tanner street venue please note it is also used for events and filming. This will mean that classes may have to be cancelled at short notice which is out of our control. In the event of a class being cancelled you will be offered a choice of classes in which you will be able to reschedule. If you are training at our Tanner Street venue please bring trainers to your class.

Monthly membership allows you to attend two classes a week, where timetable permits it we do allow our members to attend a third class in a week where possible but cannot guarantee this.

Safety Disclaimer

It is important to note that when you train with Pole Sport you train at your own risk. You should always consult your doctor or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting a new exercise program.

It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries before a class begins. You should not use any of the exercise equipment or dance poles without the supervision of an instructor. We are not responsible in any way for any accidents that may occur during your training. Please note in attending our classes you automatically agree to this disclaimer.
